The mystery of godliness (1 Tim. 3:16) where the Incarnation leading to the sinless Life,
Death, Resurrection and Ascension has brought us the full gospel through the Person and
Work of the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God as the only message of hope for all humanity;
it the mystery revealing the full truth of and about God as the triune God (Matt. 28:19; Acts
2:33; 2 Cor. 13:14) in one Godhead (Acts 17:29; Rom. 1:20; Col. 2:9) for Jesus Christ to be
the Son of God by the resurrection (Acts 13:33; Rom. 1:3, 4); and as the embodiment of
Christ to deal with sin (1 Jn. 3:5, 8) therein lies the gospel’s power to save and the evidence
of salvation for believing (Acts 5:29-32; Rom. 1:11-17; 1 Cor. 1:6, 18-24; 2:1-7; 4:1, 2, 15-
20; 15:1-11; Eph. 1:13, 14; 6:18-20; 1 Tim. 2:5, 6; 1 Pet. 1:2-5, 10-12; 2 Pet. 1:3, 4; 1 Jn.
2:20-27).
