The mystery of the earthly kingdoms from Daniel’s day (Dan. 2:18, 19; 4:19; Rev.
11:15 cf. Ps 89:27-29, 35, 36; Lk. 1:32) where four major political kingdoms–starting
with Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome followed with the mixed kingdoms; and will
rule the Earth until Christ’s political earthly kingdom is began at His return (Rev. 11:15).
Human earthly kingdoms after the Fall of man have obviously been placed under the
darkness, wickedness and evil world (Acts 2:40; 26:18; Eph. 6:12; 1 Jn. 5:18, 19) of Satanic
influences as ruling prince of territorial authority (Dan. 2:18, 19; 4:19; 10:1-21; Matt. 4:8-
10; Jn. 12:31; Rev. 12:1-17; 13:1-10).
